FAQs

I AM TRYING TO ORDER AND THERE IS NO WHERE TO SELECT A SIZE, HOW DO I DO THAT?
Here at ESD we do not work off sizes because everyone is different. Instead of selecting a size, you will need to enter your measurements in the notes section of the checkout. Please ensure these measurements are correct, we suggest having someone else measure you to ensure accuracy. If you accidentally miss filling in your measurements someone will be in contact with you to ensure they are submitted.

WHERE DO I MEASURE?
Each garment will require different measurements, but there is often confusion about where it is asking you to measure. Here are some examples of measurements you will be asked for, and where you are required to measure.
BUST: around your bust
UNDER BUST: around under your bust, where a bra would sit
WAIST: around your waist
HIP: around your bum, not your hips! This is the largest area
LENGTH: from waist to where you would like your garment to finish (thigh for a skirt, dress or shorts, ankle or floor for pants)
THIGH: around your upper thigh, the largest part
ARM: around your upper arm

I WANT A GARMENT LISTED ON YOUR SITE BUT IN A DIFFERENT COLOUR, CAN I DO THAT?
Of course, please fill in the form in the ‘CONTACT’ section on our website and explain that you would like one of the collection garments in another colour. We cannot guarantee a colour or fabric requested, but we will do our best. 

I WANT SOMETHING UNIQUE FOR MY NEXT EVENT, CAN YOU CREATE CUSTOM PIECES?
Yes, we create custom pieces which can be ordered through the form on the ‘CONTACT’ page on our website. Just let us know the type of garment you would like, and when you will need it, and someone will be in contact to discuss it further. Custom outfits are usually at a higher price point as they require custom made patterns and fabric sourcing.

CAN I COLLABORATE WITH ESD?
Yes! We love to collaborate, please contact us at hello@edenscaife.com.au with your Instagram handle, photos of you, and your collaboration proposal. Good luck!

THE CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME IS 4 WEEKS BUT MY EVENT IS IN 2, CAN I STILL HAVE SOMETHING MADE IN TIME?
If you are on a time constraint please email us prior to placing your order. We cannot make any guarantees, but we may be able to help you out.
Any requests for garments to be made within a number of days rather than weeks are highly unlikely to be met.

I ORDERED OVER A WEEK AGO AND STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN EMAIL TO SAY MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, HAVE I BEEN SCAMMED?
You have definitely not been scammed! All of our garments are made to order, and can take up to 4 weeks in production. Once your order has been produced and posted you will receive an email to confirm your order has been shipped.

DO YOU POST CUSTOMER PHOTOS?
Yes, we love seeing customer photos! If we love your photo we may post it on our Instagram, Pinterest or website.
