Express postage is not available as we make to order and can take up to 4 weeks to dispatch. If you have a special requirement where you believe express postage is necessary, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange something for you.
All ESD garments are made to order, and each to the customers’ measurements. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds.
The only exclusion of this is the item being faulty.
WHAT IF MY GARMENT DOESN’T FIT?
If your garment does not fit even though your measurements provided were correct, you can return your garment and have it altered at no extra cost. The customer is responsible for return postage cost, but ESD will provide free postage back to you.
If your garment does not fit due to incorrect measurements being provided, you can send your garment back for alterations, but this will incur a fee with the amount depending on the garment. The customer is responsible for return postage cost and the postage cost to have it sent back to you.
WHAT IF I CHANGED MY MIND AFTER PURCHASING, BUT MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED?
An order cannot be cancelled after purchasing, even if it has not been dispatched. ESD garments are made to order, and can take up to 4 weeks to dispatch (check Instagram for production time), so even if you order hasn’t been shipped yet, it will be in manufacturing, and cannot be cancelled.
I HAVE RECEIVED MY GARMENT AND I DO NOT LIKE HOW IT LOOKS ON ME, WHAT CAN I DO?
Unfortunately, because each garment is made to measurements, we cannot take returns. We encourage you take a look at customer photos on our Instagram if you are unsure about how a garment might look.
